Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, both on-site and remotely.
Hardware and Software Management: Manage technology inventory, place equipment orders, and maintain computer systems.
Documentation and Training: Document technical issues and solutions, and provide training to end-users.
Network Support: Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
Asset Management: Manage and track computer hardware and software assets.
Customer Service: Interact with users to understand their issues and provide timely solutions.
Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest technologies and best practices in desktop support.
Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
