  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.

  • Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

  • User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, both on-site and remotely.

  • Hardware and Software Management: Manage technology inventory, place equipment orders, and maintain computer systems.

  • Documentation and Training: Document technical issues and solutions, and provide training to end-users.

  • Network Support: Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.

  • Asset Management: Manage and track computer hardware and software assets.

  • Customer Service: Interact with users to understand their issues and provide timely solutions.

  • Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest technologies and best practices in desktop support.

  • Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
